As a result, the technological revolution is one of the most significant events for humanity. The technological revolution can be defined as a dramatic transformation brought about in a relatively short time by the presentation of a new technology (Barbour, 17). This has formed havens in small developing nations that are content to accept companies that want to operate online gambling websites, which may be banned in their jurisdiction, or companies that want to reduce their tax obligations by opening bank accounts in nonindustrialized countries (Schlesinger, 102). . Governments are making treaties, in an attempt to be meaningful in a context where people are able to trade more freely and where modern communication has enabled companies to work, with almost no physical borders.
