In general, the union's claims are more convincing than the counterarguments advanced by the company. This was because the union had credible arguments relating to the real difficulties people were experiencing. For example, the union accused those who targeted the company with inappropriate work approaches. Specifically, on December 5, 1975, he organized a meeting with company workers in an attempt to acquire official papers for the company's janitors.
