Companies tend to refuse to hire graduates until they have experience developing business principles and performance. It seems that companies tend to create an endless circle, which cannot give young people any chance to become professionals in terms of contemporary business. The unemployment rate among individuals ages 20 to 24 continues to increase on an annual basis, regardless of the individuals' gender (National Center for Education Statistics, 2015). The statistics are alarming and insist that the target audience, i.e. modern society, pay attention to the problem. Companies tend to have a lot of fears about young professionals. The main reason is that contemporary business does not believe in the skills, knowledge and professionalism of the younger generations. Many entrepreneurs believe that hiring graduates and giving them the opportunity to apply their skills is a risky path. On the one hand, this position is understandable as long as business development takes a long time to set the appropriate performance and build a respectable company capable of competing in the global market. When it comes to hiring new employees, companies tend to choose experienced professionals. On the other hand, many companies are not willing to waste time and money training young minds.
