A private security manager, in the general definition, is one who has the program, scheme or method of work for achieving an objective or course of action and direct supervision of security functions and activities at a particular time in providing protection and security against any danger or injury to an administration or company. A private security officer is different from law enforcement officers and does not work for the government but for a private company and works with certain limitations of rights such as keeping people under control or custody and carrying weapons, but it all depends on the law of the state in which they serve.
