Management Culture Management culture is an important aspect in organizations, for example, Freemantle suggested that “a growing deficiency of Management culture is that managers don't really care about people until they become a problem” (Mullins, 1999, page). For the purposes of this report, managerial culture is defined as: the approach, experience, attitude, psychology and personal and cultural factors ethics and values of an organization (Mullins, 1999). lifestyle that colleagues in the workplace i...... middle of paper ......t for a new cycle indicating the weaknesses of the company in the past has implemented strategic plans (Hociben el al 1999 ) Conclusion In summary, there are three main levels of management in an organization; a management culture makes an organization function more efficiently and effectively. Levels of management are distinct from the levels of analysis of their relationship constructs and measurement levels. In describing levels of construct analysis, I noted that the concept of level is not necessarily hierarchical. In contrast, management levels refer to the hierarchical levels within an organization. Planning is one of the fundamental functions of management; Strategic management can be considered as a set of conclusions and measures taken by company management in discussion with all levels within the company to decide the company's long-term actions.
