Nurses are kind, caring, loving people who will do everything they can to help you better understand your symptoms. Nurses help their patients by explaining their symptoms in simpler ways. Nurses always listen to their patients to understand what they are trying to say and therefore know how they feel. Registered nurses are loving people who love all their patients. People who want to become nurses must have a loving heart and would like to help people. People who love helping others should become a registered nurse. The job of a registered nurse is to care for patients and give them support ("Registered Nurses" paragraph 1). To be a registered nurse, you must have skills. If you don't have enough skills, you need to improve them even if it takes some hard work and motivation. You need to be able to talk in front of people, see patients' conditions and understand them (Professional nurses” paragraph 9). Professional nurses should ask appropriate questions and should not interrupt the patient. Nurses should be aware of the reactions of others and why they react the way they do. Nurses are always looking for ways to help the patient. Nurses use logic and reasoning to identify their patients' strengths and weaknesses (“Occupation” par.19). Registered nurses must provide personal care, medical attention, emotional support, or other personal care to colleagues, clients, and patients. Nurses need to be organised, plan and prioritize their work. Nurses need to keep up to date and should apply new knowledge to their work (“Employment” par.23). Nurses must be emotionally stable, have speaking skills and have compassion towards patients (“Registered Nurses” paragraph 14). A b...... in the center of the paper ......e.
