Directly a software developer cannot become a project manager. It requires time and experience on the part of an organization to manage the team and manage it effectively. However, to become a project manager the following steps are included: decide to become a manager, identify the necessary technical skills, create a framework of how to achieve the goal, learn technical skills, gain good experience in the organization, work with the team as a team leader to possess leadership qualities, learn management skills, create excellent service for customers, for the organization and flexible for the team
