Sleep is an essential aspect of everyone's life and many tend to ignore its importance. Sleep deprivation leads to various health implications. Most people experience inadequate sleep because they spend so much of their time on activities like work and school, leaving very little time for rest. Adults should sleep at least eight hours each night to ensure the body has enough time to rejuvenate. Being a student and a full-time employee, sleep has become a low priority for me. Since the job requires me to dedicate forty to fifty hours per week as a minimum to meet my employer's demands, time to complete assignments and projects is limited to late at night. with both of these factors social events, movie watching and networking in the evenings and weekends are very limited. Any other activity I would like to do would simply consume the little time I have for sleep.
