The newly created company had many obstacles to overcome to be successful. The barriers encountered in internal and external stakeholders. Internal stakeholders are: employees, owners and managers. Potential external stakeholders can be called: society, government, customers, shareholders, suppliers and government. It is important to discuss all stakeholders, because they all have an influence and impact on the organization, but the main stakeholder has the greatest impact on Greenwall Development LTD. it's the government. Nowadays, if you ask a person what effect government has on them personally, most answers will be negative. If government and politics have a bad influence on people, it is possible that the same situation occurs in organizations. The political environment is usually unpredictable. Especially in the business environment, the political environment can be less expected. If the government changes and, as in a democracy, people replace one political party with another, the new party may have a different vision of the future. Plans can affect capital gains tax, pasty tax and so on. Every organization must monitor the political environment, in order to avoid any problems. If there is a stable political environment in a country, this will attract foreign investors. But if the situation is unstable, foreign investors may withdraw their assets from a country. Legislation passed by the government has a great impact on the relationship between organizations and customers, suppliers, competitors, etc. This report is influenced by the following experience. This is the first Hilton Hotel in Georgia that could not be built due to financial problems. So Greenwall Development LTD. has the opportunity to showcase its excellence.
