Business was a big part of my family and it started to grow on me. My father worked in sales for many years and is now the president of a Staples company. My mother started a cleaning business and is now self-employed, as well as my uncle owns a golf course and a pump and well business. My other uncle has his own handyman business, while one of my aunts runs a remix and construction business. So I guess you could say the business is related by blood. What I KnowWhen it comes to business, especially when it comes to starting one, I tend to think I know everything. Yet in reality, I don't even know how to get started, enough to make a business efficient, or even how to open doors enough to earn the first dollar. When I first think about working/running a business, I don't think of any boss but myself, I make the rules and no one else, and this seems like a great plan in my eyes. As well as having all the profits of the company directly to me, and I can decide what happens. While I know there is so much more, you have to form a budget, work with clients, know when to expand and when to proceed. I also know that in business, if you don't move forward, you go backwards. What I Want to Know I'm interested in learning more about starting and running my own business. With what I've seen in the developing world around me, business has become more and more popular, I've realized it's a great potential career path for me. So I would like to know where to start, what education is needed, where to legalize my business, how important is the working environment and aggregation of employees.
