J. SosaD. RosselliEnglish 12519 December 2013The cost of your futureAt some point you may have asked yourself whether or not the cost of university is worth it. By cost I mean the financial cost, personal sacrifice, and time it takes to actually earn a degree. College students evaluate these factors every day; But will it be worth it in the end? As a college student, I have seen these phases happen not only to me, but also to my classmates. For example, we see students changing majors because it's too difficult or people taking more academically challenging courses so they can earn as much money as possible. Yet, at the end of the day, I still believe that going to college, getting your degree, and learning what you have is worthwhile if you get the most out of your college experience. The suffering and challenges you may face during college may be difficult at the time, but it all depends on what you think about it. There are many points of view on whether or not college is worth its cost. Some believe college is worth it, others believe it is not. It can go either way depending on how you weight the factors and costs. Some people believe that college is not for everyone and in some cases are forced to go without their own intent. There are people who really don't like school and are forced to continue whether they like it or not. There are cases where students attend university not because they want to but because they have to. High school seniors have always faced pressure from their counselors and parents to go to college because it has always been seen as...middle of the road......illard, T 2011, 'Measuring the Cost of a College Degree: A Case Study of a SUNY Community College', Community College Review, 39, 3, pp. 211-234, Academic Search Premiere, EBSCOhost, December 10, 2013.Carnevale, P.
