For this article I looked at a variety of people who have seen me communicate on different levels. I started by interviewing one of my colleagues, then I asked for participation from one of the consumers, and finally from another member of my church. It was interesting to find out how others felt about the way I communicate. In the process of writing this article I learned a lot about myself. Andy and I work closely together at a small daycare in Quinlan. I thought she would be a great candidate for this position because she observes how I communicate with children and other colleagues. When it comes to the little ones in our daycare, she said she enjoys watching me tell them stories because I make great facial expressions. He informed me that it is crucial that I know how to change speed and clarity depending on who I am speaking to.
