This case of bullying can occur in any school, regardless of social or economic characteristics. Now, I think the way disciplines are handled has an influence on the racial, social, and economic characteristics of the school. Schools that have more funding for counselors, social services, and staff who can focus more on discipline are usually in better areas. Inner-city schools tend to have more police officers than counselors, so disciplinary issues are a bigger factor. Again, in the case of bullying, it can occur in any school, it is the way the situations are handled or the number of suspensions that more of a factor in this
