Children should take care of their elderly parents Why do some people send their elderly parents to a nursing home? The answer is that some people don't want to care for their elderly parents, and some people think that nursing home care offers older adults better care. Most people believe that caring for elderly parents is their children's responsibility. In different countries around the world, people live according to their own cultural values. They have the right to express their opinion. Some people believe that children should take care of their elderly parents; others think that children should not care for elderly parents. I definitely agree that children should take care of their elderly parents for a few reasons. For starters, they gave us life. Parents who help us grow; without them we would not be in this world. It wasn't easy for them to bring us into the world. They provided us with shelter, clothing and medicine everything we needed at the time; they also provided education and taught us how to survive in this world. Parents always try to make their children capable and want to see them as a successful person. Sometimes parents even kill their own desire and happiness for the success of their children. They therefore have the right to expect something from their children in their old age. Our parents sacrifice many things for us in their lives, so children can show their love and gratitude for elderly parents by taking care of them. Another reason is that elderly parents need better care which they only receive at home because only their children know their parenting habits; therefore they can provide them with adequate care. If we send them to a nursing home, they won't feel comfortable. Health workers don't know the habits of aging parents, there... middle of paper... home nurses; the private home assistant is more serious towards the elderly parent. Give complete attention to the elderly parent, also elderly parents find a new friend; they can spend a lot of time with their home caregiver, so they don't feel lonely in their baby's absence. In conclusion, children who want to see their elderly parents happy, always try to provide their parents with the best atmosphere. Which only they can get back home. However, children should think about their elderly parents: what do they really want? They just want professional care or a better and happy atmosphere every day with their family. It is not necessary for children to take care of their elderly parents, but we really need to think about it because parents work all their lives to support their family and we owe them a lot. So, in my opinion, children should be responsible for their elderly parents.
