Most people define entertainment as fun. However, entertainment is more than fun as people's choice to have fun in their free time is entertainment. People try to do two tasks together. They want to experience pleasure and in the meantime seek beneficial activities to contribute to the quality of their life. Music is a tool to help people express their feelings. Beyond that, music can help listeners. People listen to music because they are experiencing some emotional situation, but the benefits of listening to music are not just about emotions. Listening to classical music affects the physical by reducing pain and blood pressure and prevents cardiovascular disease and psychology by reducing anxiety and providing escape from the real world, helps disabled children train on what they cannot do, increases concentration while people learn and finally society creating a peaceful, intellectual and interactive environment. All these benefits of listening to music are important as they contribute to the quality of life by giving pleasure to listeners. Listening to classical music positively affects physical health. In the article entitled “The Anxiety- and Pain-Reducing Effects of Music Interventions: A Systematic Review” by Nilsson, it is explained that listening to music every day is good for a person's health (780). Listening to music helps people reduce pain and blood pressure.
