Discrimination is based on opinions and views about dissimilar groups or individuals (Feenstra, 2013). People are discriminated against every day based on gender, race and social class. Discrimination can be very depressing for an individual. When an individual discriminates against another, it does not only happen based on the way he perceives that person or group, but also based on the way he assimilates and processes information about the world around him. Discrimination involves the customs of the world around us. , the struggle that occurs between groups and the public discrimination that occurs in the world. This is so often selected in our shared groups. It is said that in one way or another all cultures have encountered some type of discrimination. Discrimination includes group-centered commitments to people or groups
