Girls were supposed to be nice only to boys, they were supposed to be silent and not react when they found out that their boyfriends were actually cheating on them. Guys were proud of having two girlfriends or even cheating on them, it boosted their ego when they were with their friends and they didn't care about how the girl was scarred and scared of finding another boyfriend. Yet, when a girl cheated on a boy and broke his ardor, she was a slut and a whore. She was demonized for "having fun" in one guy's case, for expressing her sexuality and having fun, her reputation and name were trashed and none of the guys cared if it hurt her in any way. All throughout high school I witnessed this pattern, hearing and watching boys howl and cats call girls, insult their appearance, and destroy their self-esteem for nothing. When they were ugly they were them, even if they weren't, they were ugly inside and for them being ugly is not the problem. Men care more if their dates are bad and if their friends are fat, while women only care if this man will hurt them in some way.
