INTRODUCTION: This project control artifact helps to understand high level communication management plan, high level quality management plan, high level risk management plan level and the high-level change management plan of the “Smile Project”. This part of the project defines the process of monitoring and recording the results of the execution of quality activities to evaluate performance and recommend necessary changes. There are two main purposes of this artifact for the smile project which is listed below: I. It helps to identify the causes of an inadequate process and recommend to eliminate them.II. Helps “Project Smile” validate that project deliverables and work meet the requirements specified by key stakeholders necessary for final acceptance. HIGH-LEVEL COMMUNICATION MANAGEMENT PLAN: The communication management plan is the process of developing an appropriate approach and plan for project communications based on stakeholder information needs and requirements and available organizational resources. The Project Manager (Anisha) is responsible for the creation, collection, distribution, storage, retrieval and final disposition of project smile information in accordance with the communication management plan which helps enable efficient communication flow between stakeholders of the smile of the project. Different communication methods will be used during the project life cycle. However, its main objective is to ensure that the information created and distributed has been received and understood to enable responses and feedback. Project Smile is a short-term project, so we primarily use telephone, fax, memos, emails and meetings as our main source of communication. Other sources of communication will be used in day-to-day matters, but the meeting will be held as planned… halfway through the document… changes may occur during the project life cycle. The project manager should be prepared for the changes that will occur in the future to manage the project smoothly. A change request is a formal proposal to change any document, deliverable, or baseline that will include corrective action, preventative action, or repair of the defect. It should be planned and implemented by the project team. The approved change request may change policies, project management plan, procedures, costs, or revise schedules. The change request can be direct or indirect, externally or internally intimated and can be optional or imposed by law. The project manager is responsible for determining the changes and will request them from the project sponsor. However, the sponsor is the only one who can accept or reject the changes after considering all factors of change.SPONSER ACCEPTANCE
