The experience of being on the tennis team prepared me and made me understand the importance of never giving up when times are tough and of caring for others in difficult times. I know that these techniques will come in really handy in life and also lead me to my goal. The qualities I developed on the tennis team have helped me become a better team member and individual. I now find myself volunteering more in my community to set an example of never giving up and with the knowledge that someone is always there to help you when you need help.
