The economic market will drive the technology, creating more convenience-oriented products. Dreams are lost; dreams of what has yet to be thought of; dreams that come from lively conversations and the non-verbal communication of emotions that are missing in this digital age. Growth will be hindered in many ways as we are limiting ourselves to devices instead of people. Despite the lost art of dreaming, if used usefully, cell phones could create a world in which to share dreams, ideas and inspire. Instead of texting friends in class, students could use their phones to access real knowledge. Cell phones have opened the world to us. However, we need to put our phones down and look at the world around us. True invention and dreams come not from a screen but from a mind left to wander
