I still have the feeling that they can create a negative or positive cycle. And those thoughts can lead to feelings that can lead to behaviors. However, I previously stated that I believed everyone was equally important. Now, I think thoughts are a little more important than behaviors or feelings. Changing negative thought patterns is the key to changing negative feelings and behaviors. You can affect change from any of three angles, but I believe that changing negative thought patterns through cognitively based therapy is the most effective way to break a negative thought-feeling-behavior.
