This school year I would like to organize a mentor program. The aim of this program would be for teachers to mentor students who lack motivation and have low self-esteem. An individual must have self-awareness, a strong value system, and strong personal qualities before contributing positively to a group, much less a community. The teachers' job is to help the student build character and personal values. Students must learn the importance of strong self-esteem and its correlation to social change. If you are not sure of who you are and do not have the ability to stand firm in your beliefs, no matter who you are, you will become a doormat to anyone who comes into your life. As in the following
