It is also the tone set by the character of the company, it is the characteristic identified by others as a relationship with that company. (Robbins & Judge, 2009). How the company is run truly determines the attitude and behavior that employees and managers will adopt towards the environment. In particular, I have learned that I am a very patient, caring and helpful person who, as a manager, loves to see his employees reach their maximum potential. In taking the personality test I admit that I have some downfalls and shortcomings when it comes to leadership. I realize that I need to develop a balance between being kind-hearted and aggressive. I mean, I know I have to be kind-hearted because I do it every day, but the main problem is that when I have to be aggressive I feel like I don't want to hurt someone's feelings. I have a hard time even now at work when it comes to firing people, because I admit I get too personal with them. I learn that once I balance my attitude approach when it comes to disciplining employees and I have to realize that doing so does not make you a bad person. Good
