Is it an exaggeration to say that we are "addicted" to health? It has become the hub of our lives, without it people feel disconnected from the world. There is a significant effect that texting can distract our thinking ability and make us less focused on our daily work. As we know, people are more connected to the Internet today than they were five years ago.
