In recent discussions about careers in marketing management, one issue has been whether one can deal with the stress that comes with creating ideas that support a company's bottom line. 'agency. On the other hand, however, some argue that these long hours pay off with the high salary received. A marketing manager is the general manager who regulates marketing strategies and ensures that they achieve the company's objectives. Some responsibilities include analyzing and researching new market trends, engaging with social media to attract customers, and also creating the best way to reach target markets (Suttle). Plus, you can travel and work with people all over the world. In the words of one expert, “the variety of every day makes this job different from any other” (Silveira). According to this view, the working life of a marketing manager is never emotionless due to variation. The thrill balances the difficulties encountered in this profession. Ultimately, a marketing manager is the best career choice right now because they apply their passions and creative mind to the world of marketing. It also allows you to communicate and meet new people, offers a six-figure salary, and ultimately establishes authority and leadership. The current world of marketing has shifted towards the imagination-inspired ecosystem that balances ideation over simple production, where a company's success is driven by creativity. Today, engaging creativity is a winning attitude necessary for business control and success. It was also true that over the course of a career you meet many new people, are offered a six-figure salary, and rigorously establish authority and leadership. However, it has also become apparent that I don't think this is the job for me. As I found out, there is a lot of stress and hours invested in this occupation. I don't work well under a lot of stress and always find that I have little time with my family, let alone myself. Throughout the research, I saw money as the main factor in pursuing this occupation. The six figure salary is compelling, however, in the end, high stress would not bring happiness, which for me is the richest part of any livelihood. I would prefer an occupation where I am able to embrace every day of work. I'm grateful for this project because it opened my eyes to who I really want to be when I grow up: happy.
