Responsibility depends on the individual; therefore a leader should take responsibility for everything he does, he must be aware that he is responsible for the success or failure of the organization. I choose responsibility because, after reflecting on my career, I realized that being responsible plays an important role in my work. People's lives depend on me, as a soldier and law enforcement officer; this value I try my best to focus my ambition on improving the organization and subordinates, leaders must be aware that ambitious individuals could be viewed in society negatively or positively. They might be perceived negatively because these individuals are goal oriented and sometimes do not care about the well-being of subordinates or anyone else, they are willing to sacrifice friends, family and even themselves to achieve their goals. This type of behavior could damage the relationship between families, friends and organizational members; therefore, this type of behavior must be carefully monitored to avoid future problems. The good thing is that they know exactly what they want and work hard to achieve the goal. Ambitious leaders must learn the difference between positive and negative ambition to avoid going down the wrong path and sacrificing too much or harming the organization in order to achieve their goals. Ambitious leaders must remember that achieving goals effectively requires the help of others. Ambitious leaders with negative tendencies might be influenced in their interpersonal area due to this type of behavior, because most people tend to avoid contact with ambitious leaders because they don't want to be used to perform tasks that are only beneficial to the ambitious. leader.
