Before democracies and monarchies existed in the world. The royal family would control everyone in the country and the peasants would have no say in how the country should be run. With technological advancements, we have developed a democracy. Democracy is made by the people and for the people of the country, without any prejudice to social class. It gives more individual rights and freedoms. In this case, civil wars or armed conflicts have been drastically reduced. Democracies also help increase income. It was only with the death of Francisco Franco that Spain achieved democracy and the GDP exploded. There was a study that democratic countries have a dispute. They are less likely to have a violent outcome. A democratic country that has a dispute with an autocratic country will most likely take action
