In order for a forensic psychologist to advance their knowledge of ethical decision making, the eight steps of the ethical decision making model proposed by Bush et al. (2006) is the key to success in addressing the diverse issues at hand. There appear to be no weaknesses of the model in ethical decision making. As mentioned above, the eight steps in ethical decision-making models have proven to be an exceptional learning method that could improve a forensic psychologist in learning how to approach different ethical issues and especially decisions.
