As a maximizer, I prefer to take a "good" task and turn it into an exceptional finished product. While being a maximizer addresses my ability to achieve perfection, being a doer addresses my work ethic. I work tirelessly to reach my potential and I am not satisfied until I do. I always try to make each project better than the previous one and learn from my mistakes to constantly improve. By effectively using these two strengths, I am able to reach my potential and create good habits for graduate school and my
