Deciding to present an approach to plan and manage many activities at the same time, several questions arose on this topic. What, according to professional documents, is the essence of time management? Which time management theory presents the most effective techniques and methods for managing important tasks? Why do few manage to implement the strategy? We also ask ourselves how to implement greater, but certainly lower, energy costs, and above all time. We say no to plagiarism. Get an original essayI managed to find an interesting entry on this topic in netography, namely "The need for planning team activities is theoretically recognized by most people, but in practice it is often overlooked. The arguments of opponents of planning they are usually based on the recognition that the project has to do with a huge number of unknown, unpredictable factors, impossible to determine and plan initially. To a large extent this is precisely the case, because the project - by definition - is a unique, innovative activity and creative, as opposed to routine operations. However, it absolutely does not follow that planning is superfluous." Therefore, following the path, which starts from the lack of productivity and ends with the creation of an adequate time management system, have been tested different ways to adequately deal with certain circumstances. In my opinion, various methods deserve maximum attention, since they allow adequate and efficient management of time and activities. Three methods I chose to improve time management MPM is on my list, among others. I would like to emphasize that this is a method of representation and optimization of broadly understood strictly design tasks. I really consider it halfway between the Gantt chart and the so-called PERT representation. It allows you to properly prioritize a large number of tasks, mainly taking into account the various restrictions of the previous duration, which aims to combine multiple tasks at once. The main goal of creating the presented method is to reduce the complexity of the Gantt chart. It is intended to take into account the relationship between numerous tasks, which includes priority and inheritance. I do not forget the evolution of these restrictions in a timely manner. This means that, nowadays, we can easily be overwhelmed by information, people and tasks that sometimes take control of us. It's this feeling of overwhelm, the feeling of not being able to tackle many tasks or situations at once, that leads to chronic stress and fatigue. However, there is a way we can take back control of our lives. The key is to learn simple but effective time management skills. ' I believe that the biggest advantage of the presented MPM method is the reduction of the time required for the implementation of the selected project. It includes only the schedule and deadlines or delays. However, this does not apply to budget or resource management. At this time the question arose as to why this is happening. It turns out that the answer in this regard is quite simple. That is, it is by precisely describing the relationships between specific tasks that MPM also optimizes the specific speed of the process at the same time, also ensuring a completely graphical representation in the form of a network. When we finish describing MPM, we must keep in mind that it is through numerous information that they are fully associated with an identical operation under an appropriately assigned node. This undoubtedly makes identification easier'.
